This snow will most likely will end our blood tracking season

It has been snowing since noon, and to me it looks like we got 5-6 inches of snow...so far. It is supposed to stop snowing around midnight. Since temperatures are going to stay around the freezing point for the next week, and more snow is expected on Wednesday, most likely this is the end of our blood tracking season. Hunters will continue to hunt, but in many cases they will be able to track their own deer. Our regular firearm season will end on December 13, and then we will have a muzzleloading season until December 22. We hoped for some easy tracks for our young dogs but so far we have not had any.
