Tracking dogs for finding wounded big game. Also dachshunds for blood tracking, field trials, their breeding, training and more.

Here the new says that it´s only a storm. I hope you don´t get more rain now.
Majrion,
Thank you. It's 6:15 PM and it is still raining. We got so far around 10 inches of rain (around 25cm). It's supposed to stop raining around midnight. I hope so! Some trees are damaged, and it will take some time to clean this mess up.
You are so positive!!!
"This is nothing major."
Great photos too.
Stay warm and dry....
Not so positive any more. We have no electricity, no cable. I am thankful for a cell phone and a generator. Also luckily we live on the top of the hill. Fox creek caused some srious damage at the bottom of the hill. Roads are closed. Itmight be days before we get power back.
Wow you guys, please stay safe and as dry as possible! Don't let those little short leggers get in over their heads - LOL! :) Smiles and prayers that Irene snuffs out and all will be well again in your world.
Thank you for thinking about us! We are cleaning up our yard com broken branches etc. John managed to repair a little our driveway, which is always prone to damage. We cook on the grill, which is fine. We run a generator for several hours a day to keep freezers and fridge cold. We cannot do laundry and puppies bedding is starting to pile up. We are grateful to Paika as she is still cleaning pups and provides 100% of their food. It is not so bad as long we have a nice weather and the generator is running.
